›Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in two clicks. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your organization moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
›What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays yours. The Free plan keeps your full cap table, documents, and exports (CSV, PDF, OCF JSON) working forever. There is no export fee and no lock-in.
›Is there a free trial?
The Free plan is better than a trial: it never expires. Run your real cap table on it for as long as you like and upgrade only when you need Pro features like option plans, e-sign governance, or compliance automation.
›What exactly does Pro include?

›How is my cap table protected?
Every change requires a device-bound passkey, tenant isolation is enforced by the database itself, and the ledger is append-only with a tamper-evident hash chain. Corrections are new recorded events, so history can never be silently rewritten.
